About the Role
Are you interested in renewable energy and eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and content management? As our Marketing & Content Intern, you will contribute directly to our mission of accelerating the global energy transition by supporting our international events and digital platforms.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a proactive, curious intern who is eager to grow and contribute to marketing and content projects. You will assist with campaigns, update our website and event sub-sites, and help ensure clear and consistent communication.

Your role and mission
Content management
Publish & manage content: Upload and manage editorials, blogs, news articles, and interviews across our content management systems.
Website maintenance: Support the upkeep of 26+ event websites, ensuring high standards for design consistency and data accuracy.
Timeline oversight: Help maintain content calendars to guarantee the timely delivery of all marketing assets.
Marketing administration
Project coordination: Assist the team with documentation, report creation, and tracking campaign deadlines and deliverables.
Cross-functional collaboration: Participate in team meetings and work closely with Project Managers and Marketing Specialists.
Brief creation: Draft clear content and communication briefs for designers and other key stakeholders.
SEO & performance tracking
SEO content optimization: Create and update content following SEO best practices and guidelines provided by senior specialists.
Performance reporting: Help track content performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
What We’re Looking For in You
You are currently enrolled in an HBO or university program and will remain a student for the full duration of the internship.
You are available for at least 5 months and can work a minimum of 4 days (32 hours) per week.
You live in or near Rotterdam and can come to the office at least 3 days per week, as we operate in a hybrid working model.
You have a good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or Squarespace), and Google Workspace tools would be a plus (but not a requirement).
You have a valid visa or authorization to work in the Netherlands (if applicable).
